What is the cost?

My standard hourly rate is £30. I will always quote and agree rates before any work starts.   Payment is required by BACS within 7 days of the invoice date.  I offer monthly retainer packages as follows:


10 hours

£29 per hour / £290 per month


20 hours

£28 per hour / £560 per month


30 hours

£27 per hour / £810 per month

A package allows me to be flexible with the services I am providing whilst working within an agreed block of time. It also guarantees that I reserve that time to meet your needs. As a package client, this allows you to budget monthly – plus you get a discounted rate too!

All time is tracked, rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. All packages are non-refundable.

These packages are tailored to your needs. Once a list of tasks has been confirmed I will issue you with a booking form to be signed by both parties. Any additional time over the agreed package will be billed at the same discounted rate at the end of the month. 

Do I have to commit to regular hours?

No, the service is designed to be used on an ‘as and when needed’ basis.  There are clients who use the service daily but also clients who only use the service occasionally.

Any additional costs?

Additional costs incurred at your request eg, printing, postage, couriers, telephone calls, and non-standard materials. 

Can you provide urgent support?

Where possible yes! I can work to tight deadlines and have no problem reacting to a client’s urgent requirements where I am able to. If a projects time frame could not be met then the job would not be accepted. For work required on a Sunday or bank holiday, or less than 36hrs notice provided, there will be an additional charge of £5 p/h (with a minimum excess charge of £15).
